Submission Requirements

When authors submit their manuscripts to International Journal on Vedic Foundations of Management and International Journal on Spirituality and Organisational Leadership for publication consideration, they agree to abide by publication requirements. Specifically, an author must agree that manuscript has not been submitted anywhere else for publication and will not be submitted to another publication entity during the review period of IJSOL and IJVFM

Articles published in the International Journal on Vedic Foundations of Management and International Journal on Spirituality and Organisational Leadership should be original(Authors are also responsible for ensuring that the material they publish is original and that they have obtained all necessary permissions prior to having their material republished by our journals), insightful and interesting, theoretically strong and / or application oriented and clearly communicates the nature of their contribution in relation to role of Vedic literature in renewing the contemporary management praxis. Particular emphasis will be placed on potential practical applications. We don’t consider papers published in the Proceedings of other associations to be pre-published. Authors are encouraged to adhere to the format specified in these guidelines

All submissions to the journal should be typed, double-spaced on standard-sized paper. Use 10-12 pt. Times New Roman font. Follow the author-date method of in-text citation. This means that the author’s last name and the year of publication for the source should appear in the text, E.g., (Martin, 1976), and a complete reference should appear in the reference list at the end of the paper (in APA format). If you are reproducing a graphic, chart, or table from some other source, you must provide a special note at the bottom of the item.

Your reference list should appear at the end of your paper. It provides the information necessary for a reader to locate and retrieve any source you cite in the body of the paper. Each source you cite in the paper must appear in your reference list; likewise, each entry in the reference list must be cited in your text. APA format must be followed.
